Criteria: Exceptional service to the Starfleet for a single event or over a prolonged period of service

RECRUITING SERVICE RIBBON
Established: July 2144

Criteria: Three years cumulative recruiting duty assigned to a recruiting station or higher recruiting command

Gold Award Star: Issued for five silver award stars
