The CR-2 class transporter was a basic non-biological transporter capable of transporting inorganic cargo.  The CR-2 was the first transporter to be incorporated into a starship design when it was integrated into the Freedom Class in 2149.

Warp Core Types
Type 4 Ditrinic Warp Reactor

In Service: 2148 - Present

Maximum Engine Speed: Warp 4.1

The Type 4 Warp reactor was first designed by the NE Project in December 2148 for use in the next class of starship following the commissioning of the first Neptune Class frigates three years earlier.  The engine operated on the premises of controlled matter-antimatter annihilation, channeling the resultant energy to create a stable warp field.

Type 3 Pulsed Phased Warp Engine
Type4WarpCore

In Service: 2144 - Present

Maximum Engine Speed: Warp 3.4

The Type 3 Warp engine was an engine design created in the fall of 2144 for use by the NX Project Test Craft.  The engine was successfully tested by the NX Delta, breaking the Warp Three barrier in August 2145.  By the end of the 2140s, the Type 3 engine had been adopted for commercial use onboard freighters of the Earth Cargo Service.

Type 2 Cyclic Warp Reactor

In Service: 2143 - Present

Maximum Engine Speed: Warp 2.8

The Type 2 Cyclic Warp Reactor was designed following the successful breaking of the Warp 2 barrier by the NX Project in 2143.  The engine operates by cycling super-heated plasma into a dilithium matrix resulting in a controlled warp reaction.
