STARFLEET TRAINING COURSE SUMMARY
Shipyard Auxiliary Craft Training
Course Length: 12 weeks
Shipyard Auxiliary Craft Training is a twelve-week course of instruction administered by the United Earth Space Probe Agency to train personnel in the operation and handling of the TP Mark 1 Inspection Pod. The course, in its current form, was created in 2142 to originally train UESPA shipyard crewmembers; upon the transfer of the Earth Drydock to Starfleet authority, UESPA entered into an agreement to train Starfleet personnel. The first five weeks of the course, consisting of classroom instruction and basic flight familiarization, are held at Lunaport on the Moon. The final phase of the course consists of live flight instruction in and around the Starfleet Shipyard orbiting Earth.
