STARFLEET TRAINING CENTER
The Starfleet Training Center is the location of the primary Starfleet training facility for all Starfleet personnel as well as the headquarters for the Starfleet Training Command. The Starfleet Training Center is often referred to as "the STC" to distinguish it from the similarly named Starfleet Training Command. The STC is located on the San Francisco Presideo, adjacent to Starfleet Headquarters.
The main complex of the Starfleet Training Center (indicated map below in grey-gold). The large rectangular building houses the primary Starfleet training schools while the adjacent office complex contains the Starfleet Induction Center and the headquarters of Starfleet Training Command.
In July 2145 several temporary structures were placed surrounding a large field to the south of the Starfleet Training Center main building. This area became the "Training Center Annex" and a month later was designated as berthing and academic buildings to accommodate the Starfleet Operations College.
