The Deltan Union is a democratic space republic on the edge of Sector 001, located north on the galactic plane from Denobula Triaxa and bordering the region of space known as the Delphic Expanse. Founded in the seventeenth century, the Union operates as a true direct democracy, with all laws and government policies decided by popular vote. Executive functions are administered by a Presidium Cabinet, headed by a Prime Minister and elected every twelve years.
